Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping (United States) Standard shipping typically takes 5 to 7 business days after processing. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@vrauka.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
